Session Information


All outdoor sessions with Emily Koehler Photography are scheduled one hour before sunset unless otherwise discussed. I recommend ordering prints directly from your gallery, and these are the only prints that I will guarantee.

Outdoor Lifestyle Session

• about an hour of photography at the location of your choosing

• 30 artistically edited, high-resolution digital images

• Most popular package for immediate family, engagement, newborn, or maternity sessions

• about half an hour of photography at the location of your choice.

• 15 artistically edited, high-resolution digital images

• For immediate family, engagement or maternity sessions

Indoor Newborn & Family Session

• about 2 hours of photography in your home

• your custom edited images in an online gallery for downloading and sharing

• session preparation assistance

A 50% retainer fee (per session) is due at the time of booking, this fee is a non-refundable. Your session date is not booked until this fee has been received. If it is not received within 48 hours, your invoice will be cancelled and your date will be released. Your final balance is due 7 days prior to your session date (and/or due date). Travel fees apply to any session held 30 miles or more outside of Bozeman. Prices subject to change without notice.
